Troy Koepplin is an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) and Registered Investment Advisory Representative with over 26 years of experience helping individuals and small businesses with their tax, investment, and insurance needs. Troy graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance.

He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 52, 63 and 65 licenses. Troy has been active in his community over the years, volunteering for Ecke YMCA, Torrey Pines Pop Warner and Carmel Valley Rec Center.

Yes, you see it correctly…Paul Newman works for our firm…only our Paul Newman is worlds above the famous one when it comes to tax planning and preparation.  Paul is a California Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP) with over 20 years of experience in banking and finance.

Paul immigrated to the United States from England several years ago and brings international finance and tax experience to our firm.  He is a former Board Member of the North County Chapter of the California Society of Tax Consultants.  In his free time, Paul enjoys wakeboarding, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.

Christopher joined San Diego Tax and Financial Associates in February 2022 as our Client Services Associate. Since joining our firm, Chris has successfully completed the prerequisites for the CTEC California Registered Tax Professional designation.
